FRANK DAVIS
Frank Davis is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in state and federal courts. He excels in handling civil cases, administrative proceedings, civil appeals, and arbitration.
Dedicated to holding law enforcement and government actors accountable, Frank also represents individuals who have been injured in accidents or faced unlawful termination, retaliation, or discrimination in the workplace. He advocates for clients both individually and in class and collective actions.
Frank graduated with honors from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the New Mexico Law Review and won the New Mexico Court of Appeals Appellate Advocacy Tournament. He was an active member of the Mock Trial Team, served as President of the Black Law Student Association, and held board positions with the Mexican American Law Student Association.
Additionally, he was the student representative for the UNM School of Law Admissions Committee.
A published author, Frank has been recognized in Southwest Super Lawyers since 2021.

Alysha Smith
Alysha Smith is a proud native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and a graduate of West Mesa High School. With over 20 years of experience as a paralegal, Alysha serves as both the office manager and paralegal at our firm. She is dedicated to guiding clients through complex legal processes and building lasting relationships with them.
Before joining The Davis Law Group, Alysha worked with attorney Jesse Jacobus, who sadly passed away in November 2021. Her background and experience bring valuable expertise to our team.
Outside of work, Alysha enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, caring for her chickens, pigs, and dogs, and tending to her garden.
